AAF has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bilmor Technical and Vocational Centre (BTVC) in Abuja.

The Abdulkabir Aliu Foundation (AAF) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bilmor Technical and Vocational Centre (BTVC) in Abuja on February 13, 2026, at AAF headquarters. This partnership aims to provide educational, therapeutic, and vocational support for indigent and vulnerable neurodivergent children in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.

Through this collaboration, AAF will enhance access to specialized education, therapy, and life-skills training for children from low-income backgrounds, ensuring that neurodivergent children are not hindered by financial or social barriers.

The MoU will focus on:

1. Sponsorship of tuition fees for indigent neurodivergent children
2. Providing access to specialized education and therapy
3. Provision of vocational training equipment and machines
4. Community awareness and inclusion programs
5. Support in providing digital literacy to neurodivergent children
