The Abdulkabir Aliu Foundation is committed to transforming lives by investing in strategic educational initiatives which provide access to quality education. Under our support to educational programs, AAF has constructed the “Department of Islamic Studies at University of Abuja” which provides platform for teachers and students to catalyse the teaching and learning process and enrich their knowledge and understanding on Islam.
The Foundation has also constructed a mosque, which serves as epicentre of religious practices for both teachers, students and nearby community people. The mosque is managed by the Department of Islamic Studies, further strengthening the Foundation’s mission to integrate faith and education.
The repair and monthly maintenance of the mosque and department of Islamic Studies is funded by Abdulkabir Aliu Foundation.
