Scholarship Program
The Abdulkabir Aliu Foundation (AAF) is committed to creating opportunities for indigent students to pursue their academic dreams and build brighter futures. Our flagship scholarship program is designed to provide financial assistance to students who demonstrate academic potential but face financial constraints.
The scholarship program commenced in 2014, and currentl,y the foundation is supporting undergraduates, postgraduates, and Ph.D. scholars studying in 17 federal universities in Nigeria.
Eligibility Criteria:
For undergraduate Fresh students: Student must attempt a computer-based test that consists of multiple-choice questions from Mathematics, English, and General Knowledge. Based on CBT result, student who pass will qualify for the scholarship program.
- For Undergraduate Renewal Students: Students who are already on the AAF scholarship program have to maintain a CGPA of 3.5 out of 5.0, to qualify for the next-year scholarship.
- For Postgraduate Students: The student enrolled in a postgraduate program in any federal university must have obtained a minimum of 3.5 CGPA out of 5.0, in their undergraduate degree program.
- For PhD students: The students enrolled in a PhD program in any federal university in Nigeria are eligible to apply for the scholarship, subject to satisfactory performance in research and course work, duly verified by the supervisor and the university authorities.
