The Abdulkabir Aliu Foundation’s Remedial School Program is targeted at indigent science students in Ede, Osun State to pursue their academic dreams and build brighter futures.
This intervention aims to bridge educational gaps, enabling students to complete their secondary education and gain admission into tertiary institutions.
Program Highlights
Tuition-Free Coaching
Classes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and English Language.
Exam Sponsorship
Covers registration fees for WAEC Private Candidates Exam and JAMB UTME.
Scholarship Support
For successful candidates admitted to Federal Universities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a student of Ede origin (with indigene certificate).
- Must have attempted SSCE as a science student (results required).
- Ready to sit for the 2025 WAEC and JAMB exams.
- Must commit in writing to full attendance and adherence to rules.
- Bi-weekly assessments will determine eligibility for exam registration.

The Abdulkabir Aliu Foundation scholarship program was established by Alhaji (Engr.) Abdulkabir Aliu, CEO of Matrix Energy Group, to empower Muslim students in Nigerian Federal Universities. Starting in 2014 with 70 students across six universities, it now supports applicants from 13 Federal Universities nationwide.
Students must maintain good moral behavior and meet a 50% minimum average score in assessments. Non-compliant students may forfeit their admission but can reapply later.
