Project: Remedial School

Location: Ede, Osun State

Status: Ongoing

Current Number of Beneficiaries: 82 Students

The remedial school is established with the purpose to support indigent students in Ede to prepare for West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to secure admission in tertiary-level educational institutions.

The foundation provides free tutorial classes covering subjects like chemistry, physics, English, mathematics, and biology to build strong foundations of those indigent students who could not pass the exam, or those who quit their school because of financial constraints. Moreover, the foundation also pays for exam fees for WAEC and JAMB along with annual stipend to maintain the students’ better upkeep. Once the students are successful in securing admission in any Federal university in Nigeria, they are included in our flagship AAF scholarship program. Currently, we are running the 7th cohort, encompassing 82 students.
