AAF Signs MoU with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at Obafemi Awolowo University

Abdulkabir Aliu Foundation (AAF), under the corporate social responsibility of Matrix Energy, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at Obafemi Awolowo University. This initiative is part of AAF’s commitment to elevate the educational and research standards in higher educational institutions within the Republic of Nigeria.

Under this agreement, through the AAF, provides exclusive scholarship program for PhD and Masters students which includes tuition fee, on campus accomodation, monthly living allowance, laptop and funding in research projects.

The MoU ceremony took place on August 1, 2025, at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, OAU, marking a significant step towards fostering academic excellence and research advancement in the region.
